FLORIDA HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES 2025-2026 BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Tallahassee, FL – Last week, the Florida Hospital Association (FHA) announced its 2025-2026 Board of Trustees (Board). Randy Haffner, Ph.D., Group President and CEO of AdventHealth Florida and Clinical, was recently installed as Board Chair.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with FHA on its defining goal: advancing policies and investments that expand access to innovative, patient-centered care for Florida residents and visitors," said Haffner. “In this role as FHA's Board Chair, I look forward to working alongside hospital leaders and federal and state policymakers in the coming year to strengthen the Sunshine State's health care delivery system."

Elected by more than 260 member hospitals and health care systems, the FHA Board is the organization’s governing body, providing strategic leadership and oversight. Composed of health care executives from various hospital members, the Board works collaboratively to address the evolving needs of Florida’s residents, visitors and the broader health care system.

Executive Officers for 2025-2026 are as follows:

  • Chair: Randy Haffner, PhD, Group President and CEO of AdventHealth Florida and Clinical
  • Chair-Elect/Vice Chair: Danielle Drummond, MS, FACHE, President and CEO of Lakeland Regional Health
  • Treasurer: Matthew A. Love, President and CEO of Nicklaus Children’s Health System
  • Secretary: Conor P. Delaney, MD, Executive Vice President, Cleveland Clinic and President, Florida Market
  • Immediate Past Chair: Larry Antonucci, MD, President and CEO of Lee Health System

Trustees are as follows:

  • Region 1: Mark Faulkner, President and CEO of Baptist Health Care
  • Region 2: Michael A. Mayo, DHA, FACHE, President and CEO of Baptist Health
  • Region 3: Stephanie D. Conners, President and CEO of BayCare Health System
  • Region 4: Kelly Nierstedt, President of Orlando Health's Orlando Regional Medical Center
  • Region 5: Paul Hiltz, MHA, FACHE, President and CEO of NCH Healthcare System
  • Region 6: Amit Rastogi, MD, MHCM, President and CEO of Jupiter Medical Center
  • Region 7: Conor P. Delaney, MD, Executive Vice President, Cleveland Clinic and President, Florida Market
  • Region 8: Dipen J. Parekh, MD, CEO of UHealth-University of Miami
  • Children’s Hospital Trustee: Martha McGill, MBA, MHA, President of the Central Florida Region of Nemours Children's Health
  • Rural Hospital Trustee: Brooke G. Donaldson, MHA, CEO of Jackson Hospital
  • At-Large Trustee: Don King, Senior Vice President of Ascension and the President and CEO of Ascension Florida
  • At-Large Trustee: Carlos A. Migoya, President and CEO of Jackson Health System
  • At-Large Trustee: Steve Motew, MD, MHA, FACS, President and System CEO of UF Health
  • At-Large Trustee: Glenn Waters, Executive Vice President and COO of Baptist Health South Florida

“As Florida's health care delivery evolves to meet the demands of the state's growing and aging population, FHA is truly fortunate to have such experienced and dedicated health care leaders on our Board of Trustees,” said Mary C. Mayhew, President and CEO of FHA. “Their insight and leadership will be instrumental in working with our lawmakers and regulatory partners to break down barriers and expand access to care, supporting the defining mission of our member hospitals to deliver high-quality, accessible and innovative care across the Sunshine State."

“It's been a tremendous honor to serve as FHA’s Board Chair,” said Dr. Larry Antonucci, Immediate Past Chair of FHA’s Board of Trustees and President and CEO of Lee Health System. “I’m proud of our efforts to tackle complex issues and strengthen our state's health care delivery system over the past year, and I look forward to continuing this important work alongside Randy Haffner and the Board."

With the strong leadership of its newly installed Board of Trustees, FHA will continue supporting hospitals across Florida in delivering accessible, high-quality and innovative health care close to home.
