Addressing Well-Being in the Health Care Workforce
Addressing Well-Being in the Health Care Workforce
Tuesday, May 21, 2024
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m ET
Please join the Florida Hospital Association (FHA) and the CNO
Leadership Council of the Florida Organization for Nursing Leadership
(FONL) on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (ET) for a program that will focus
on strategies, initiatives and implementation of workforce well-being.
The National Academy of Medicine (NAM) recently addressed the importance
of health care workforce well-being when they released their National
Plan. It is understood that the health care workforce has been
experiencing burnout as a systems issue over the years, only to be
exacerbated during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The webinar is tailored to the needs of top-level executives and
professionals, including CEOs, CNOs, HROs, Talent Acquisition and other
health care leaders. We encourage you to share this invitation with
other key members of the organization leading your workforce
initiatives.
Objectives:
1. Learn what programs and initiatives are being implemented
effectively.
2. Know what is working from a healthcare systems perspective to
support
workforce well-being.
3. Understand the role of leadership in addressing workforce
well-being
