10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m ET

Please join the Florida Hospital Association (FHA) and the CNO Leadership Council of the Florida Organization for Nursing Leadership (FONL) on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET for a program that will focus on strategies and initiatives on addressing a generational approach to recruitment and retention in the health care setting.  In today’s health care workforce, there are as many as 4 generational groups. Successful approaches to recruitment and retention strategies and initiatives are critical in the multi-generational workforce and must appeal to their respective motivations and expectations in the workplace environment.  This program will include presentations from nursing, executive, education, and human resource leaders throughout the state of Florida.  These workforce leaders will share their perspectives, challenges, strategies, and successes in addressing health care workforce issues considering a generational approach.

The webinar is tailored to the needs of top-level executives and professionals, including CEOs, CNOs, HROs, talent acquisition and other health care leaders. We encourage you to share this invitation with other key members of the organization leading your workforce recruitment and retention efforts.

Objectives:
1.    Understand the impact of a multi-generational workforce in health care and the challenges of a multi-faceted   approach.
2.    Know the generational differences and what is important to them in the workplace.
3.    Learn strategies and initiatives on how to recruit, retain, manage, and motivate staff of every age.
