Please join the Florida Hospital Association (FHA) and the CNO Leadership Council of the Florida Organization for Nursing Leadership (FONL) on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (ET) for a program that will focus on the opportunities and initiatives supported by the Linking Industry to Nursing Education (LINE) funds which became available in July of 2022. SB 2524 was passed by the Florida Legislature to incentivize collaboration between nursing education programs and health care partners to meet workforce demands.

The webinar is tailored to meet the needs of top-level executives and professionals, including CEOs, CNOs, HROs, talent acquisition professionals and other health care leaders. We encourage you to share this invitation with other key members of the organization leading your workforce initiatives.

Objectives:

• Understand the LINE funding grant and the processes involved in securing funds.
• Learn about developing partnership and cultivating innovative strategies to improve nursing workforce pipelines with LINE funding.
• Discuss progressive outcomes resulting from LINE funding initiatives in a quality health care organization.

• Discuss innovative models for meeting clinical practice requirements that support the professional development of qualified competent nurses.
